Enjoyed a great stay for a business trip at Quality Inn & Suites Willows. Booked a room on the ground level, very comfortable. Great location next to the freeway, Starbucks, restaurants, and fitness center. Easily reached La Cascada Restaurant, just a short walk away from the hotel.

It has good location and free parking if needed.

The pool/jacuzzi room was very nice and comfortable. It was reasonably close to the Thunderhill Raceway, which is why we were staying in Willows.

Our Xmas was a bit underwhelming at this hotel. However, the complimentary cookies and hot cocoa in the lobby were a nice touch. The hotel's location, near the highway, made it easy to get around and explore the area. We also enjoyed having a mini-fridge in our room to store some snacks and drinks.

The negative aspects of our stay far outweighed the positive. The room was not very clean with a funny smell, and there were stains on the carpet and bedding.

The hotel was the best base for enjoying a calm area, just off restaurants, California and the racetrack. The staff were super friendly and helpful with requests. I had a neat room on the ground level and everything was great. The location was good and perfect, a 10-15 minute walk from Willows City Hall. I liked staying here.
